    We have chartered from Smart Boating several times now and just finished a 3 night charter of the fantastic Snazzy Cat.

    We had some issues on the most recent charter with our house battery and the way that David and his team dealt with our problem was fantastic. They were very responsive to the situation zooming up to our location to investigate the problem and attempt repairs on site. When it was found the problem was too big to repair at our location they were great at offering us a variety of alternative options to continue our holiday.

    They showed through their actions, that our holiday was more important than any technical difficulties. It was a refreshing approach compared with some of our previous experiences.
